The 73rd Annual Golden Globes were broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, January 10, 2016, the best movies and television shows from 2015 were acknowledged at the prestigious Award Show. Notable winners included Leonardo DiCaprio, who won Best Actor in a Motion Picture — Drama for The RevenantMatt Damon, who won Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical for The Martian, and Sylvester Stallone won Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture – for Creed.  Other highlights included Lady Gaga’s award for her performance in American Horror Story and Jennifer Lawrence’s win for her role in Joy.
