introduces an eclectic selection of daily drink specials
The newly opened KLIMA Restaurant and Bar – a culinary concept inspired by contemporary gastronomy from Barcelona – has debuted its daily Happy Hour in time for the upcoming season. Following the launch of the weekly “Tapas & Turntables” music and culinary program every Wednesday, KLIMA has progressed to become a vital after-hours and culinary staple for locals and visitors on Miami Beach.
Resident mixologist at KLIMA, Raffaele Mitrugno, together with Executive Chef David “Rusti” Rustarazo, have created a unique food and beverage happy hour bar menu for locals, visitors and restaurant guests to enjoy during any evening occasion with family, friends or to let off steam with co-workers after a hard day at the office. Between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, KLIMA now offers a number of drink specials that includes any house liquor, signature cocktail or wines by the glass for $8 each.
To accompany the reduced drinks menu are a series of custom-made Tapas style plates and other Mediterranean inspired dishes available at the bar and lounge area that include: Oysters with Ponzu Sauce and Salmon Roe or Ceviche Sauce ($4 each), Scallops Sashimi with Egg Yolk, Soya and Lemon ($10 for two pieces), Salmorejo ($12), Parmentier – half-cooked egg and ham ($16), Tuna Toast ($16 for four pieces), Pulpo al Olivo with Peruvian Causa ($14) and Jamón 5 Jotas Pata Negra ($19/40). A variety of salads and Raw Bar plates are also available on the bar menu.
KLIMA offers a unique cocktail menu of Classic cocktails and KLIMA Picks, along with a wide selection of Mezcal & Tequila that are hand-picked by the owners. KLIMA’s most popular signature cocktails include:
“Bloody Hell” (vodka, homemade San Marzano mix and clam juice)
“Mojito Illegal” (white rum, mint syrup and lime juice)
“Latitude 41” (gin, fresh cucumber and lime juice)
A special selection of domestic and imported beers and spirits are also available during the daily happy hour. KLIMA Restaurant and Bar operates a fully licensed bar until 2:00am on Friday and Saturday and until 1:00am Monday through Thursday.
