Workout with me on Zoom! Upper body & lower body will have you sweating & conquering this quarantine. Let’s do this!
|Sign up for either class and you will receive access to both! The Zoom link will be sent upon purchase. Hopefully you can make both, but it’s up to you! Workouts will be LIVE so make sure that these times work for you. I will be teaching so you will follow along with me as I train you virtually. Thursday at 5PM we will be doing upper body and Saturday at 12PM we will be doing lower body. These workouts can be done with NO equipment, but for an extra burn, bring a booty band, handle band, or light dumbells if you have them on hand. Can’t wait to sweat with you!|
